Basketball is a fast paced game that requires lightning quick reaction, the ability to stop on a dime, and load and explode in another direction. This workout focuses on improving your quickness through a series of cutting edge basketball-specific agility and reaction drills. This workout can be done with minimal equipment (some exercise require a partner). Includes a printable workout card and everything you need to develop lightning quick reaction!

This program was developed by internationally renowned performance specialist Alan Stein. Coach Stein is the owner of Stronger Team and the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the DeMatha Catholic High School basketball program.   He has over a decade's worth of valuable experience in working with high school and college All-Americans and NBA players.
